Inglia Educational Systems operates BNTO as an independent educational initiative and private academic competition platform.

3. Nature of BNTO

BNTO is a privately conducted Olympiad initiative intended for academic assessment, enrichment, and student recognition. It is not a government examination and does not represent any statutory scholarship, board examination, or officially regulated public recruitment or certification process.

BNTO is not affiliated with the Government of India, NCERT, any state board, or any statutory scholarship authority unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific programme. No content on this website should be interpreted as a claim of official recognition, approval, authorization, accreditation, endorsement, or affiliation unless such status is expressly declared with verifiable details.

Awards, certificates, medals, ranks, and recognitions issued under BNTO are intended as private academic recognitions of performance and participation. They should not be treated as government-recognized qualifications, statutory credentials, or guaranteed entitlements for admission, scholarships, employment, or any other institutional benefit.

4. Eligibility

BNTO examinations are open to school students of the classes or age groups specified on the relevant examination page. Eligibility may vary depending on the subject, grade level, examination mode, and territorial scope of a particular Olympiad.

Unless otherwise specified, students may register either individually or through their schools. Where school registration is offered, the school must provide correct institutional details and any supporting information reasonably requested for coordination purposes.

5. Registration

Registration is considered complete only after all required details have been submitted correctly and the applicable fee has been successfully paid. Inglia Educational Systems reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any registration that appears incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, misleading, suspicious, or inconsistent with the examination rules.

The participant, parent, guardian, or school representative is responsible for ensuring that the name, class, school name, contact details, and any other submitted information are accurate. Any error in the submitted information may affect admit card generation, examination access, result processing, certificate issuance, or award delivery.

For students below 18 years of age, registration must be completed or approved by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized school representative. By submitting the form, the person completing the registration confirms that they are authorized to do so.

6. Examination Fee and Payment

The examination fee for each Olympiad, if applicable, will be displayed on the relevant registration page. All fees must be paid using the approved payment methods made available on the website at the time of registration.

Unless otherwise stated, the published fee covers only the services specifically mentioned for that examination cycle, such as registration, test participation, result access, digital certificate, or related academic reporting. Any optional add-on service, physical dispatch, special recognition material, or additional academic product may be charged separately if offered.

All transactions are processed through third-party payment partners. Inglia Educational Systems does not store your complete card or banking details on its own servers, except to the extent required for transaction reconciliation, support, or legal compliance.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

As a general rule, registration fees are non-refundable once a participant has successfully registered. This is because examination planning, technology allocation, question paper management, and administrative processing begin immediately after registration.

However, a refund may be considered in limited situations such as duplicate payment, proven payment error, examination cancellation by the organizer, or verified technical failure that makes participation impossible and cannot reasonably be remedied. Any refund request must be submitted within the timeline stated on the website or, if no timeline is stated, within 7 days of the transaction.

Inglia Educational Systems reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on the facts of each case. If approved, the refund will usually be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable period.

8. Examination Rules and Participant Conduct

Participants must follow all examination instructions, technical requirements, time limits, and conduct rules issued for the relevant examination. These rules may differ for online, center-based, school-based, or hybrid examination formats.

For online examinations, security protocols may include browser restrictions, session monitoring, suspicious activity review, tab-switch detection, device checks, and other fair-use safeguards. For offline or center-based examinations, participants must follow the instructions of the assigned supervisors, coordinators, or invigilators.

Any form of unfair practice, impersonation, misconduct, collusion, unauthorized assistance, misuse of technology, false identity, or deliberate violation of instructions may lead to immediate disqualification. In such cases, the participant may lose the right to result publication, certificate issuance, ranking, medal eligibility, prize eligibility, or future participation.

9. Results, Ranking, and Review

Results will be published according to the schedule announced for the relevant examination cycle, or within a reasonable time after the examination if no fixed date is publicly declared. The format of results may include marks, percentile, rank, category position, school rank, state rank, or national rank, depending on the examination model.

Where rank is published, it will be determined according to the evaluation and tie-break methodology adopted for that examination. Inglia Educational Systems reserves the right to apply reasonable tie-break criteria such as sectional score, priority subject score, or shared rank, depending on the structure of the examination.

If a participant believes that there is a genuine processing error in the published result, a correction request may be submitted through the official support channel within the period announced on the website. Re-evaluation or re-checking is not guaranteed unless expressly offered for that examination.

10. Certificates, Awards, and Medals

BNTO may issue participation certificates, merit certificates, distinction certificates, rank certificates, medals, badges, trophies, digital recognitions, or other academic awards depending on the performance criteria and award policy announced for a specific examination cycle.

Any award category such as Gold Medal, Silver Medal, or Bronze Medal refers to the level of recognition or performance category only. Unless specifically stated otherwise on the relevant award page, such medals may be symbolic recognition awards and may be manufactured using acrylic, resin, fiber, plated material, printed composite material, or other non-precious materials. The use of the words “Gold,” “Silver,” and “Bronze” does not necessarily indicate that the medal contains actual gold, silver, or bronze metal.

Inglia Educational Systems reserves the right to determine the format, design, material, dispatch method, and eligibility criteria for medals, certificates, and awards. Medal or certificate images shown on the website are illustrative unless expressly described as final production models.

If any award or recognition is found to have been obtained through misrepresentation, false registration, cheating, ineligibility, or technical misuse, Inglia Educational Systems may withhold, withdraw, or cancel that award without prior notice.

11. No Guarantee of Academic or Career Outcome

BNTO is intended to provide academic engagement, benchmarking, recognition, and motivational value. Participation in BNTO does not guarantee a particular score, rank, scholarship, admission outcome, institutional selection, academic advancement, job opportunity, or any future educational or professional result.

Any reference to toppers, previous results, high achievers, or recognition levels should not be interpreted as a promise of similar outcome for any future participant. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

12. Participant Data and Privacy

To operate BNTO effectively, Inglia Educational Systems may collect and process information such as student name, class, school name, city, state, date of birth, parent or guardian contact details, email address, transaction details, submitted documents, photos, performance data, and communication records.

This data may be used for registration, examination delivery, identity verification, result preparation, certificate generation, medal dispatch, communication, support, analytics, fraud prevention, and lawful administrative purposes. For minor participants, the parent, guardian, or authorized school representative is deemed to have consented to such use by completing the registration.

Inglia Educational Systems may use trusted third-party service providers for payments, website hosting, digital communications, and examination delivery. Data will be shared only to the extent reasonably necessary for those operational purposes or where disclosure is required by law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content made available through BNTO, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, branding, design elements, question sets, answer keys, reports, certificates, interfaces, downloadable material, and website content, is the intellectual property of Inglia Educational Systems or its licensors.

No user may copy, distribute, reproduce, republish, modify, scrape, commercialize, or create derivative works from any BNTO material without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in access restriction, cancellation of participation, or legal action.

14. Technology, Availability, and Limitation of Liability

While Inglia Educational Systems will make reasonable efforts to maintain a functional and fair examination environment, uninterrupted website access, error-free delivery, real-time availability, or complete freedom from technical issues cannot be guaranteed.

The organizer shall not be liable for losses arising from internet failure, power outage, browser incompatibility, device malfunction, third-party gateway errors, email delivery delays, SMS failures, courier issues, or any cause beyond reasonable control. In the event of a material technical issue, the organizer may reschedule the exam, extend access, issue revised instructions, or take another practical corrective step as deemed appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maximum liability of Inglia Educational Systems in connection with any examination cycle shall not exceed the fee actually paid by the affected participant for that examination.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

The BNTO website may include payment links, partner tools, communication integrations, or links to third-party platforms. These are provided for convenience or operational necessity. Inglia Educational Systems is not responsible for the content, security, policy terms, service standards, or changes made by those third-party providers.

Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before using it.

16. Modification of Terms

Inglia Educational Systems may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time in order to reflect legal, operational, technical, or policy changes. The updated version will be posted on the website with the latest revision date.

Continued use of the website or continued participation in any BNTO activity after the revised Terms are posted will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with BNTO, the website, registration, payment, examination participation, result publication, or award issuance shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
